Half Hitch Brewing Company is a family owned and operated brewery and restaurant involving the Heier family and Kozloski family, based in the fine town of Cochrane, Alberta. What started as an idea between siblings at Sunday dinner in 2011 has evolved into a one of a kind monitor barn brewery that embodies a rustic, Western charm. From the beer in the glass, to the table it’s resting on, the Heier/Kozloski family has handcrafted nearly every aspect of the building and brewery. To top off the experience, Director of Restaurant Operations Gradey McMahon has created a much talked about menu that provides unique twists on traditional comfort food. We focus on brewing Alberta’s finest craft beers, being sold and poured throughout the Bow Valley Corridor, Calgary and surrounding area in addition to our home town.
