About
Lie Low Music Festival, Stagehand & Calgary Arts Development are conducting a rural music experiment to measure the economic & cultural impact that live music has on small communities and audiences. This is one of the first steps to ensure further financial support for music programming in spaces like Milo & Acme. Your feedback, as an artist, is incredibly valuable in this process, so we thank you in advance for your participation.

This program will conduct surveyed data collection for the venue {Lie Low Music Festival}, the artist (Big Fancy), the audience, and the broader community (host venue ie. Acme Inn and Milo Hotel and surrounding communities). All of this is to show funders the positive impact that live music has on rural communities. Our hope that this will generate further funding for organizations like Lie Low Music Festival.

There will be two shows, in two rural communities, participating in this experiment:
April 20th in Milo, Alberta & April 27th in Acme, Alberta
