SHADES is an up-and-coming indie band from Calgary, AB. The group has been jamming since 2021, writing silky pop ballads, guitar-driven rock tunes, and funky dance bops. Inspired by The Strokes, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and The Arctic Monkeys, SHADES blends a mix of genres between indie-alternative rock and pop to create a new sound that grasps each listener. Like the ever-shifting scenes in our lives, the changing colours of the seasons, and the emotional rollercoaster we call life: we bring you SHADES, the music that represents these changes.
