Jakeith is a indie folk singer-songwriter from Calgary, Alberta. He began his music career by playing in rock bands in Calgary with School of Rock. After graduating he moved to the rockies to pursue solo projects and to find inspiration in the beauty of nature. Throughout his time away he's collaborated with artists such as the mountain rap group "AGD" singing on their track "Outta the city". He's also released some solo work from his instrumental EP "Broken House" and recording live video sessions with Oesa Arts. He's currently working on new fleshed out singles that are planned to release throughout the year. Jakeith's sound is heavily inspired by the likes of Mac Demarco, Men I trust, The National, City and Colour among others.
