Brandi Vezina is a Red River Metis singer/songwriter with roots intertwined with classic country and rock. She’s a multi award winning artist who writes & sings about what she knows, lives, and loves. She’s shared her songs and stories on numerous stages and many festivals including Dauphin’s Countryfest, Festival du Voyageur, APTN Indigenous Day Live, and Jazz Fest. Brandi is the recent winner of the Vince Fontaine Legacy Award and Manitoba Country Music Association Awards NCI Indigenous Country Music Award. She was named one of Front Porch Music’s “10 Indigenous Country Artists You Should Know.” She will be showcasing at Breakout West in Saskatoon and is attending the Canadian Country Music Week in September. Her latest single “Tornado in a Trailer Park” is co-produced by Nashville Warner’s Styles Haury and CCMA award winning Murray Pulver.
