My instrument of choice is the Chinese traditional 2-stringed violin, Erhu. I perform both traditional Chinese folk repertoire and covers of video game and anime soundtrack music.
Born and raised in Edmonton, Nanyen Lau's upbringing was infused in her family's Chinese culture. She began learning the erhu at a young age, and has over 15 years of performance experience, playing for various community events in the city.
