About
Gregg Bolger has been playing Bars, Pubs and festivals for over 20 years. Playing everything from Country, Classic Rock, 80s, 90’s and 2000s! Sing along Tunes, he’s got them!
After refining his skills entertaining locals and tourists on the legendary stages of George Street in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Gregg headed west for Calgary, Alberta in 2012. Immediately, doors started to open for Bolger. After releasing his self-titled debut album in 2013, the follow up single “A Little Crazy” was written by Jordan Davis and Josh Dorr, and produced by multi-Juno and Canadian Country Music Award winner George Canyon. The single “I’m All In” was released to Canadian country radio in 2017 to great success. Produced by John Marlin, guitarist for country star Granger Smith, “I’m All In” was a co-write for Bolger and his wife. “Song writing is something I have done for a long time” says Gregg. “I like being able to tell stories that are relatable but can also mean something a little different to each listener” Industry has taken notice of Bolger’s songwriting skills, having co-written with multi-Juno and Canadian Country Music Award winner Mike Little and Candace Lacina of the critically acclaimed group “The Hello Darlins”. Greggs songs “Small Town Summertime”, “Broken”, “Road Trippin’”, and most recently the BDS Billboard charting single “When the Moon Comes Up”, have been signed to publishing deals with Crucial Music in Studio City, California, USA. Bolger is known by his fellow artists as always willing to share his wisdom and knowledge from his years in the industry.
